Congested ports major concern of shipping industry

Shipping lines said the congested ports in the country and the current low-level productivity of the major ports in the country are still the main concerns of the industry. In a draft of its position paper that will be sent to Transportation Secretary Jose de Jesus, the shipping lines and the tanker said that the current conditions at the major ports is not friendly to both shippers and investors.
