NMLA, ISAN Collaborate On Shipping Dev

The Nigerian Maritime Law Association (NMLA) has agreed to work alongside the Indigenous Ship Owners Association of Nigeria (ISAN) in its efforts to promote a strong and vibrant indigenous merchant marine sector for the country.
