Vietnam: Bach Dang launches ‘Lucky Star’

Vietnam: Bach Dang Shipbuilding Industry Corporation in Haiphong launched a new 22,500DWT cargo vessel, ‘Lucky Star’ on June 28. Measuring 153.2 metres by 26 metres by 13.75 metres, the vessel was designed by Vinakita, a joint venture between state-owned Vinashin and Japan’s Kitada. The vessel has an engine output of 4,654kW.
