Sydney Seafood School launches new programme

Since reopening last October, the Sydney Seafood School, Australia, has had a busy few months. This March, the school will be launching its autumn programme, featuring guest cooks and teachers. The school’s popular regular classes, including seafood BBQ, Thai, chilli crab, tapas, Moroccan and sushi are back. Many are better now that the school has gas cooktops and ovens on every bench.
