German cruise company files for insolvency

June 30 2009, Baird Maritime
Neustadt-based cruise company Peter Deilmann Reederi has started insolvency procedures. The company, which operates both river cruises and ocean-going cruises, filed for insolvency at the Amtsgericht Lubeck court on June 25. River cruise operations will cease by December 2009.
